Job summary

Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Clemmons, NC is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to enhance residents’ communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication abilities. Join a multidisciplinary rehab team dedicated to compassionate geriatric care.

You will evaluate, treat, and create individualized care plans, collaborate with nursing and medical staff, educate families, and maintain precise documentation in a supportive environment with growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid state licensure as an SLP is required.
• CCC-SLP is preferred but not required.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and medical staff to improve outcomes.
