Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist in Chicago to assess and treat patients' speech and swallowing abilities. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to develop effective treatment plans and ensuring high-quality patient care.

How you'll contribute

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
