Job summary

Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. You will help residents regain communication and swallowing abilities while delivering resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing personalized treatment plans, and steering adaptive devices. You will collaborate with the rehab team, supervise staff, and participate in care-plan meetings to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• ASHA-certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Current Florida SLP license or eligibility
• CCC or eligible to obtain CCC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-focused care

Salary: $55–$60 per hour
