Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is seeking compassionate clinicians to join a bright, collaborative team that values play, family partnership, and integrated care. You’ll work across language, feeding, AAC, articulation, and social communication with in-home or telehealth options, supported by dedicated admin staff and technology resources.
We foster ongoing mentorship, provide reimbursement for CEU, licensure, ASHA dues (SLPs), and a 401(k) with employer match so you can grow while delivering
Picture this... It's 8:30 on a Tuesday morning. You walk into a bright, colorful clinic where teammates are already sharing stories from the day before. Someone is setting up a sensory swing, another therapist is programming an AAC device, and laughter is coming from down the hall as a child proudly shows off a new skill.
Before your first session, you have time to review your schedule, organize your materials, and grab a cup of coffee. Your first patient arrives—a two-year-old who has been working so hard to communicate. A few months ago, they rarely initiated interaction. Today, they excitedly run into the therapy room, grab their favorite toy, and look to you with a huge smile. Mom tells you they've started requesting snacks at home. Those moments never get old.
Throughout the day, you'll see a variety of children with different strengths, challenges, and personalities. Some sessions might involve building language through imaginative play. Others may focus on feeding, articulation, AAC, or social communication. Between sessions, you'll collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists who genuinely enjoy working together because we believe children make the best progress when we work as one team. You'll also have dedicated paid time for documentation, treatment planning, and connecting with families—because we know that excellent therapy doesn't begin and end when the session does.
We believe therapy should feel like play. We believe families should feel supported, not overwhelmed. We believe our clinicians deserve mentorship, collaboration, and the resources they need to do their best work. Most importantly, we believe that happy, supported clinicians provide the best care.
We know compensation is about more than an hourly rate.
For therapists who enjoy variety, there are also opportunities to provide Early Intervention services (birth through age three) through in-home visits or telehealth, helping children build foundational movement skills within their everyday routines.
We're not looking for someone to simply fill a schedule. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of a team that celebrates together, supports one another, continues learning, and genuinely loves helping children and families. If that sounds like the kind of place you've been hoping to find, we'd love to meet you.
Come grow with us.
