Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a supportive care environment.

In This Role You Will:
  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and quality of life
  • Work closely with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate careEducate residents and caregivers on therapy strategies and recommendations
