In This Role You Will

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and quality of life
• Work closely with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy strategies and recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor resident progress
