Speech & Language Pathologist - Skilled - (SLP)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1885.00 - $2172.00

We are seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment at Lakeview Terrace in Altoona, FL. FL license is required. Experience with SNF and Rehab Optima is preferred. Candidates must have at least 1+ years of relevant experience.

Required Qualifications

• Speech/Language Pathologist, Skilled
• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: SLP-FL
• Certifications: BLS
• Scrub Colors: any color scrubs or business casual
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
