Job summary

Inglewood Healthcare Center is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California. The role offers a salary range of $104,000 to $124,800 per year, with PRN/on-call duties and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating residents, developing care plans, direct patient treatment, and administering speech and hearing assessments within regulatory guidelines. PTO and referral bonuses are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Current California license to practice Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Certification in Clinical Competency required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
