The SLP will conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and plan-of-care revisions under physician supervision, while upholding our healthcare standards and compassionate care values.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations; discharge planning and revisions in the plan of care under physician supervision.
