Vertical Health Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our in-house therapy team in Saint Joseph, MO. Full-Time: $42–$52/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients.
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards.
• Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym.
