Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Carry out patient care plans and progress appropriately.
• Perform tests and complex treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians and other staff regarding treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Provide a full range of speech therapy modalities.
