We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Warren, NJ. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in our organization's mission to provide quality home care services to patients with diminished physical capabilities.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' communication and swallowing skills, and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs
Provide therapy sessions to students, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patients' progress and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly
New Jersey Speech Language Pathology licensure
NJ School certificate
ASHA certification (Preferred)
