Job summary

Seabright is partnering with a U.S. school district to hire a School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year on a full-time contract basis. The role covers elementary through high school levels, with a local contract pay range of $48.33–$55.31 per hour and 30+ hours per week.

Seabright offers comprehensive benefits and referral bonuses as part of its family-oriented staffing approach. Eligible clinicians who commit to the full school year may receive a $2,000 completion bonus

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid SLP credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship at this time.

• Weekly Pay Range: $48.33 – $55.31 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for School Speech Language Pathologist:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)


• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
