Requirements

??? Requirements & Qualifications to Join Our League
Masterful Education
  • A master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of the CF fellowship is preferred, but we’re open to supporting an exceptional CF candidate ready to grow into their powers!
License to Heal
  • Current or eligible DC licensure
Pediatric Passion
  • Experience (or strong interest) in working with school‑aged children in educational settings.
  • Knowledge of IEPs, school collaboration, and classroom‑based service delivery is a major plus!

Compensation
  • Hourly (W‑2): $38‑$55 an hour for direct service time; additional compensation for admin tasks
  • Full‑Time Annual Range: $70,000–$85,000 (full time is considered 30‑40 hours)
  • Compensation commensurate with experience and schedule commitment.
