Total Education Solutions (TES) in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a flexible part-time role focused on school-based assessments.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, and ensure IDEA compliance while working in varied classroom and clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Must have automobile insurance with driving limits for work.
• Must clear FBI/DOJ background check.
• Current TB test.

Responsibilities

Speech Language Pathologist / SLP | Part-time
$52.28 - $57.61/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Expectations:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students in accordance with state and district guidelines.
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain ongoing compliance per IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed according to state mandates as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
• Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
• A current TB Test

• Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
• Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
• Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs
