Job summary

Total Education Solutions (TES) is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech services across client sites in Lynwood, CA. The role entails evaluating, treating, and coordinating care within an IEP framework as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must be licensed as an SLP or SLP-CF, complete background checks, and maintain TB clearance. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within TES.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech services that adhere to the goals and objectives found in each client’s IEP or clinical treatment plan
• Administer all necessary evaluations and assessments
• Keep accurate records/SOAP notes, manage progress reports, and provide updates regarding IEPs
• Communicate ongoing student/client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals
• Maintain ongoing compliance per IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)

Speech Language Pathologist / SLP-CFY
$49 – $57.61/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).
