Seabright is partnering with a school district to recruit a contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in West Caldwell, NJ. The assignment is 35 hours per week, on-site, and spans the school year with a local contract.

Eligible clinicians can earn a $2,000 Completion Bonus and may qualify for referral bonuses up to $3,000. Weekly pay is provided at $52.17–$59.71 per hour for a local contract.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to students in the district.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for School Speech Language Pathologist:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
