Job summary

Seabright is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Salem, Oregon. The position is on-site, full-time with a 37.50-hour week and a contract ending on 06/11/2027.

Competitive local pay range of $46.40–$53.10 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401K matching, and referral bonuses up to $1,000. This role supports Elementary, Kindergarten and Pre-K levels.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
