Qualifications

• Valid SC SLP license and educator certificate.

• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Consulting Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to students in a school setting, while also consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement strategies that promote speech and language development. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of students, a high level of expertise in speech-language pathology, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to provide strategies and resources that promote speech and language development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of students' progress, treatment plans, and consultations.
• Provide training and professional development to school staff on topics related to speech and language development.
• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology and incorporate this knowledge into practice.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and school policies and regulations related to speech-language pathology services.

Qualifications
