Job summary

Seabright is partnering with a top school district to place a contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Stafford, VA. This on-site role offers full-time scheduling and a 35-hour work week, with local contract pay and opportunities for travel assignments as needed.

Eligible clinicians must have 1 year of verifiable SLP experience and hold a valid SLP credential or be in process in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Weekly Pay Range: $42.67 – $48.83 per hour on a local contract
