Job summary

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is seeking a contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Stafford, VA. The role is on-site, full-time (35 hours/week) with a pay range of $42.67–$48.83 per hour on a local contract.

Duration: ASAP – 05/26/2027. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement matching, CEU reimbursements, and referral bonuses of $1,000 per referral. Completion bonus of $2,000 is offered for full-year commitment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years.
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no Visa sponsorship available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language pathology services per district guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals.
• Document progress, adhere to timelines, and maintain compliance with district policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for School Speech Language Pathologist:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
