Element Education in San Diego County is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to screen, assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders that affect learning. You will develop IEPs, therapy plans, and coordinate services with the IEP team.

The role requires California credential, a Bachelor's degree, and ability to work with families and school staff; travel within San Diego County is required with some remote work options as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and California credential required.
• Screen, diagnose, assess, and identify students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs, treatment plans, and related services.
• Collaborate with parents and IEP team to monitor progress and adjust goals.

• Attend IEP meetings and communicate results and plans to the IEP team.
