Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full‑time role at our Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest in Post Falls, Idaho.

The position involves evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in an inpatient rehab setting, with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork. Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC from ASHA or CFY status preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Two years of experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, swallowing, fluency, and related disorders.
• Integrates hospital mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
