Kit Carson County is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to administer screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation services for patients with speech and language disorders. You will plan and carry out treatment programs, document care, and maintain data in accordance with ASHA guidelines and Colorado ethics.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, current state licensure, BLS certification, and the ability to collaborate with physicians and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Strong interpersonal communications and human relation skills.
• Ability to become proficient with computer software in a patient care environment.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable automobile, with insurance.

Responsabilités

• Administers screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation services for patients with speech and language disorders.

• Maintains data regarding patient care and participates in CQI activities.
