Job summary

Signature Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Bardstown, KY. You will evaluate residents, plan and implement therapy, and collaborate with the rehab team to support full recovery and meaningful activities.

Candidates must hold a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid KY SLP license, and ASHA CCC certification; fellowship or experience in rehabilitation settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Kentucky SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and determine speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab and clinical team to support timely patient recovery and discharge.
