Job summary

Tidelands Health Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for patients of all ages in an interdisciplinary setting.

The role requires SC licensure, ASHA certification, and the ability to use therapy equipment; you will document progress, educate families, and contribute to program development while supporting outpatient and inpatient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program with clinical internships.
• Licensed by the SC Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Examiners and ASHA certified.
• Ability to utilize therapy equipment in the rehabilitation setting.
• Functional supervision of rehab technicians.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' speech and swallowing; develop treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans; document progress in EMR.
• Instruct patients and families; contribute to program development and quality improvement.
• Promote rehabilitation programs to physicians and provide in-services as needed.
