Enhance Therapies, a leading rehab provider with 30+ years of experience, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in California. You’ll join a supportive team that prioritizes patient outcomes and clinical growth, with flexible scheduling to fit your life.

You’ll evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, create personalized care plans, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure accurate regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome and mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
