Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This is a part-time opportunity.

You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, create personalized care plans, document to regulatory standards, and collaborate with a supportive team committed to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
