Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic in Maryville, TN is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to design and implement individualized therapy programs for diverse age groups, conduct evaluations, adjust treatment plans, and document progress.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations, designing and adjusting treatment plans, performing and interpreting assessments, and establishing patient-specific goals.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, providing patient and family education, and documenting progress accurately.
• Supervising and mentoring Clinical Fellowship Candidates, Speech Language Pathologists, students, and therapy aides.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and departmental policies, and participating in staff meetings and training.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, licensure from the Board of SLP Examiners or SLP Compact, and BLS certification.
• No prior experience required; will accept state-specific Intern Certificates during Clinical Fellowship.
