What You’ll Do :

• PRN/Casual position with flexible scheduling.
• Work in multiple settings, including inpatient and outpatient.
• Provide expert speech-language pathology evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and deliver high-quality treatment for patients referred by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adjust and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical best practices.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all regulatory compliance standards.
• Participate in performance improvement projects and community education programs.
• Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and provide mentorship and training as needed.

What we’re looking for :

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Three years of progressive speech therapy experience preferred.
