Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC seeks a PRN Speech Language Pathologist at Seymour Crossing in Seymour, IN. You will provide skilled speech-language services across ASC therapies and wellness settings, evaluating patients, drafting treatment plans, and contributing to case management.

Preferred candidates hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and are committed to meeting state regulations. This PRN position offers flexible shifts serving a variety of senior residents across ASC

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in evaluating and treating patients.
• Commitment to state regulations governing speech therapy.

The Speech Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and within the policies and procedures.

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning speech therapy services
