Job Summary:

Evaluates and develops an individual treatment plan for patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and communication disorders with follow-up for implementation of treatment as indicated. Evaluates and provides treatment for swallowing disorders using diagnostic tools as indicated.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, And Licensures Required

• Masters of Science or Art in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Recipient of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• License from the Kentucky Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (Interim license to Active Kentucky State license 9–12-month completion).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Preferred experience: minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience; however, will accept eligible CFY.
