Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school with a degree in Communication Disorders & Sciences.
• Must possess and maintain a State of Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification required.

Position Overview:

The Speech Language Pathologist is a skilled professional who provides diagnostic and rehabilitative services related to stroke, traumatic head injury, laryngectomy, stuttering, phonology, and voice disorders. Treatments include swallowing assistance, speech and language treatments, and cognitive training.

Education Qualifications:

• Required: Graduate from an accredited school with a degree in Communication Disorders & Sciences.

Certification Qualifications:

• Required: Must possess and maintain a current State of Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license
• Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification

Experience Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred

Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $37.77 - 56.66 per hour.
