Job summary

City View Post Acute is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehabilitation team as a part-time and PRN clinician. You will assess residents, plan individualized therapy, and contribute to cognitive‑linguistic and swallowing outcomes.

You will mentor CFYs or students, participate in care conferences, and educate families on maintenance programs while coordinating necessary DME orders to support independence.
