Job summary

LiriCare is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Prineville, Oregon. You’ll provide direct speech and language services across the district, including assessments, IEP development, therapy planning, and progress monitoring.

This in-person, school-based role offers competitive compensation: $58–$63 per hour on W-2 or up to $77 on 1099, with health and retirement benefits and relocation or sign-on assistance for select candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Active Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience working with school-age students preferred.
• Understanding of IEPs and school-based services.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students across a range of ages and needs.
• Develop individualized speech-language goals and treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy in articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute assessments, goals, recommendations, and progress updates.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other members of the educational team.
• Provide consultation and support to school staff and families when needed.
• Travel between school sites within the district, where required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

LiriCare is hiring a full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist to support students at a school district in Prineville, Oregon. You’ll provide direct speech and language services to students across the district’s caseload, including assessments, IEP development, therapy planning, and progress monitoring. WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology

• Active Oregon Speech‑Language Pathologist license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience working with school‑age students preferred
• Understanding of IEPs and school‑based special education services
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work full‑time and in person in Prineville
• Availability to begin as soon as possible
• Ability to complete all district‑required background checks and onboarding requirements
