Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 37.5-hour school-based W2 contract in the Albany, Oregon area for the 2026-2027 school year. The role offers on-site or hybrid work arrangements with travel stipends for qualified travelers.

You will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, and participate in IEP meetings across PK-12 with support for AAC and CCC-SLP interactions. Licensure in Oregon and school-based experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active or In Progress Oregon Board of Examiners license for SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Prior school-based experience providing direct services and evaluations is required.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation as appropriate.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Oregon license for SLP (board active or in progress)

CCC-SLP Certification (preferred)
