Responsibilities
Speech Language Pathologist
- Evaluate and treat children from birth to age 21 for speech, language, oral motor, feeding, voice, fluency, articulation, or social communication disorders to achieve the highest level of functioning and prevent regression.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Document treatment sessions and progress reports accurately and in detail.
- Maintain professional competencies and uphold licensure and ethical standards.
Occupational Therapist
- Evaluate children from birth to age 21 for fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, executive functioning, and other related areas to assess impact on daily activities.
- Collaborate with caregivers and team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain professional and licensure standards.
Physical Therapist
- Evaluate children from birth to age 21 with congenital and orthopedic conditions to improve mobility through interventions like gait training, equipment management, neuromuscular re-education, and exercises.
- Work with caregivers and team to develop treatment plans.
- Maintain professional and licensure standards.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy, with current, unrestricted license or in the process of obtaining it.
