Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a Per Diem position in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. Join a growing team with competitive pay and strong clinical development support.

You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, create personalized care plans, and collaborate to achieve high-quality outcomes while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
