Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for per diem work in a skilled nursing facility setting. This role supports our long-term care patients and offers schedule flexibility and a pathway for professional growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with an active license in the practicing state and strong communication skills. New grads are welcome, with mentorship available from experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; mentorship available for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
