Job summary

Saco Bay Kids in Saco, ME seeks a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join a fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, with a salary ranging from $60k to $80k based on experience. A sign-on bonus and student debt repayment are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with pediatric speech-language pathology is preferred.
• CCC credentials are preferred; new grads with outpatient pediatric experience may be considered.
• State licensure in ME and ASHA qualification are required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned pediatric patients and set appropriate treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of patient progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate treatment with other clinical services to support holistic care.

Position: Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatrics

Location: Saco, ME

Saco Bay Kids is seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team!

We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, feeding disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation, and phonological disorders.

We would prefer a candidate with their CCCs but will interview new grads with outpatient pediatric experience.

This position offers strong mentorship in all areas of pediatric speech language pathology, including feeding therapy, AAC, and more.

• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure and ASHA certification is required.
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
