Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric specialty team. This full-time role offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with a strong emphasis on family-centered care and individualized 1:1 therapy.

You will evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a range of communication, feeding, and motor speech disorders, maintain treatment goals, and coordinate with other clinicians to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric outpatient experience.
• CCC and state licensure required.
• ASHA certification preferred.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary settings welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients across speech, language, feeding and motor speech areas.

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: $70,000 - $82,000 annually, based on years of experience

Incentives: $10,000 Bonus

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team!

We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, feeding disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation, and phonological disorders.

Our therapeutic approach focuses on multidisciplinary collaboration and development of each clinician's expertise and areas of passion. We have an individualized 1:1 treatment approach to pediatric therapy and value family centered care.

Must have one year of outpatient experience and your CCC's

• State SLP licensure and ASHA certification is required.
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
