Saco Bay Kids seeks a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our collaborative team in Springvale, ME. The role focuses on evaluating and treating pediatric communication, feeding, and swallowing needs within an outpatient setting.

Experience in outpatient pediatrics is required. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually with a sign-on bonus and student debt repayment, plus a mentorship program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ASHA minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year.
• State licensure and ASHA certification required.
• Minimum 300 practicum hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients across a range of communication and feeding disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals.

Position: Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatrics

Saco Bay Kids is seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team!

We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, feeding disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation, and phonological disorders.

Experience in outpatient pediatrics is required.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
• Personalized Treatment: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs to maximize outcomes. Provide ongoing evaluation of your patients’ status and goals.

Qualifications

• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure and ASHA certification is required.
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
