Speech & Language Pathologist ‐ Pediatric ‐ (SLP ‐ Peds ‐ Pedi)

Start Date: 6/2/2025 | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2086.41 ‐ $2286.17

Position Details:

1. SLP‐ Pedi needed ASAP for 13 weeks.
2. Required Skills:

• Evaluates and treats patients of all ages.
• Serves as a role model in delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.
• Collects case history information and integrates data from patients, families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in related field.
• Licensed Speech‐Language Pathologist (SLP) ‐ Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
• BLS certification (copy needed).
• Location: 810 W Anthony Dr, Urbana, IL 61802.
• Experience: 1 year.
• Licenses: SLP‐IL.
• Certifications: BLS, CSLPA (copies needed).
• SSN and DOB required.
• Work history should not have gaps exceeding 30 days in the last year.
• Two references in entire work history.
