Job summary

Theracare Inc. in Osceola, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, helping them communicate more effectively and build confidence.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state license/certification in speech-language pathology.
  • Minimum of one year experience in pediatric speech pathology preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to provide therapy services at our outpatient clinic, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services using evidence-based techniques.

  • Educate and support parents and caregivers on home-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.

  • Foster a positive environment for patients and families.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Osceola, United States. As a valued member of our collaborative healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating children with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, helping them overcome communication challenges and improve their quality of life.
