Qualifications

• Valid license to practice speech-language pathology with authorization in the relevant state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of speech therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with home health and pediatric populations advantageous.
• Certification/licensure in speech-language pathology necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes individualized therapy programs.
• Works closely with healthcare team members.
• Maintains accurate documentation and progress reports.
