Job summary

Aspire Therapy & Development Services is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team in Madison/Verona. This full-time role supports children and families within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinic.

You will assess and treat pediatric communication disorders, work with a supportive team, and have opportunities for mentorship and growth. No night or weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain license.
• Experience in a pediatric setting or clinical rotations preferred but not required.
• Willingness to grow in your skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and intervened in children with speech-language disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Aspire team to support patient care.
• Refer patients for further evaluation and consult other disciplines as indicated.
• Provide education and support to families and caregivers.

Speech-Language Therapist (Pediatric; FT)

Aspire Therapy & Development Services, a leading multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families, and desires to work within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team helping to expand our services at our Madison and Verona clinics located in beautiful south-central Wisconsin!

This position is a full-time position located at our northeast Madison clinic. Depending on candidate's expertise and team needs, this position may also see clients in the private schools we support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessment and interventions of children with physical and/or developmental delays.
• Collaborate with the Aspire team to provide appropriate occupational therapy for patient.
• Refer patients to other disciplines for consultation and evaluations as indicated.
• Provide occupational therapy expertise and education to our multidisciplinary team. Consult with other disciplines.

Requirements:

• Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for license.
• Experience in a pediatric setting or in a clinical rotation is preferred but not required.
