Job summary

Aspire Therapy & Development Services, a leading pediatric therapy clinic, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Madison and Verona teams in south-central Wisconsin. The role may include pediatric pelvic floor work and occasional school-based service, aligning with team needs.

We emphasize mentorship, growth, and a supportive multidisciplinary environment. This is a part-time position with potential to grow to full-time, 100% team support, and a commitment to evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin PT license or eligibility required.
• Experience in a pediatric setting preferred but not required.
• Willingness to grow in your skills within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children with physical and developmental delays.
• Collaborate with the Aspire team to provide appropriate therapy services.
• Refer patients to other disciplines for consultation as indicated.
• Provide occupational therapy expertise and education to the multidisciplinary team.

Physical Therapist (Pediatric; Part-Time to grow to Full-Time)

Aspire Therapy & Development Services, a leading multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric therapy clinic, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families, and desires to work within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team at our Madison and Verona clinics located in beautiful south-central Wisconsin!

This position would be located at one or both of clinics in northeast Madison and Verona. Depending on candidate's expertise, interest, and team needs, this position may also be part of our pediatric pelvic floor program and/or our school-services team, providing occasional services in the local schools that Aspire serves. We are particularly interested in hearing from PTs who have a strong interest in pediatric pelvic floor therapy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assessment and interventions of children with physical and/or developmental delays.
• Collaborate with the Aspire team to provide appropriate occupational therapy for patient.
• Refer patients to other disciplines for consultation and evaluations as indicated.
• Provide occupational therapy expertise and education to our multidisciplinary team. Consult with other disciplines.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin PT license or eligibility for license.
• Experience in a pediatric setting or in a clinical rotation is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to grow in your skills.
