Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state licensure or license eligible is required.
• Demonstrates good skills in all forms of communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides Speech Therapy services to patients and initiates referrals when appropriate.
• Conducts screenings of patients to determine need for intervention.
• Evaluates patients to gather data for treatment planning.
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to patients, families, and team members.
• Develops treatment plans with short and long term goals.
• Coordinates treatment plans with patient, family and team members.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment as needed.
