Responsibilities

• Demonstrates NM values of teamwork, patients first, integrity, and excellence in daily work and interactions.
• Provides direct patient care, teaching, and participates on appropriate committees and departmental process improvement.
• Serves as a role model for therapists and interns in professional, clinical, education and leadership activities.
• Maintains patient plan of care with collaboration across Speech Therapy team; documents in EMR and completes daily notes.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives while delivering high-quality services.
