Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for speech, language, cognition and swallowing.
• Develops and implements individual treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Maintains documentation with initial evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Participates in care conferences and family education.
• Supervises SLPT students and volunteers and coordinates training.
• Ensures department productivity and participates in performance improvement activities.
